Title: Oracle Financial Consultant with Oracle GL v 12.

Duration: 6 months

Preferred local candidate, will have to go onsite occasionally

Palo Alto, CA

 

Requirements of consultant

·         Experienced oracle financial functional support, particularly with GL integration associated with M&A activities

·         Oracle 12 experience

 

Main Goals

·         Create 1 consolidated General Ledger (3 companies)

·         Create 2 new fiscal calendars (Jan-Mar 2021 as interim & Apr 21-Mar 22 as new FY2021)

 

Responsibilities

·         Layout Framework, milestone and checkpoints for activities below

·         Add 2 company orgs to Chart of Accounts to differentiate the other 2 companies on-going activities for  segment reporting

·         Support Accounting with migration of 2 companies master vendor, customer and banks data into consolidated Oracle

·         Support Accounting with the transfer of the 2 companies 01/01/21 beginning balances

·         Support IT with interface from existing Oracle Live subledger to  GL

·         Support Name change activities

·         Create mapping to accounts in Oracle GRA (Global Reporting Accounts) Consolidation module
