🕐 Shift: 7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years
🚀 Immediate Joiners | On-site from Day 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal hiring & recruitment processes

• Manage payroll, attendance, and leave tracking

• Handle employee relations and daily office operations

• Strong communication & proactive problem-solving skills

📌 Note: This is a night shift role. Cab, food, or travel expenses will not be provided.

✅ Position 2: Bench Sales Recruiters

🕐 Shift: 7:30 PM IST – 4:30 AM IST
💼 Experience: 2–3 Years
🚀 Immediate Joiners | On-site from Day 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit bench candidates to prime vendors & implementation partners

• Strong knowledge of US IT staffing & bench marketing strategies

✅ Position 3: W2 Technical Recruiters

🕐 Shift: 7:30 PM IST – 4:30 AM IST
💼 Experience: 2–3 Years
🚀 Immediate Joiners | On-site from Day 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle W2 recruitment through direct clients and implementation partners

• In-depth understanding of US hiring processes, technologies, and compliance requirements

✅ Position 4: HR / Immigration Associate

🕐 Shift: 7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST
💼 Experience: 3–4 Years
🚀 Immediate Joiners | On-site from Day 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end immigration processes (H1B, H4, PERM, I-140, etc.)

• Handle LCA filings, PAF documentation, and PERM audit support

• Keep updated on US immigration regulations

• Must be detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications for All Roles:

• Any Bachelor's degree

• Relevant experience as per the role

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Apps

• Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills
