Tools:  CTRL-M, Endeavor, DataStudio

Coding skills: Should have hands on experience cobol, DB2 SQL tuning, developing new SP's

Analytical skills: Should be able to debug cobol batch, native SP's

Bug fixing: Should able to fix production issues

Production support: Should able to support production issues
