Role: Business Analyst

Job Description:         The Business Analysis perform the duties to act as the liaison among stakeholders to gather requirements and related to the assigned projects.   Prepare functionality specifications to align with business requirements.  Ability to compose business requirements and work with developers on solutions to meet business needs.   Develop test cases and testing strategy.  Drive testing and results of and align test strategy to business requirements.   In the absence of a dedicated Project Manager develop schedule and work breakdown structure and provide status update of assigned tasks.  Perform gap analysis to determine as-is and to-be state of business process and technology components.  Make recommendations for business process changes including but not limited to business process re-engineering efforts.  Track testing results and perform quality checks to ensure that solutions meet prescribed business requirements.   Conduct Gate meetings to ensure exit criteria is met.  Participate in unit testing when necessary and perform configuration as necessary of ERP systems.  Perform regression testing and help determine regression testing plans to help minimize agency risk.   Support the requirements, design configuration, testing, and deployment of solution.   Significant demonstrated knowledge of Agile Methodology along with significant knowledge of PMP practices.

• Represented organization must have Liability Insurance covering the individual candidates.  Upon Request, a background check including but not limited to education, criminal and social media and drug testing maybe requested at any time during employment.  This information would be submitted to our Chief Information Officer/Vice President Technology only.  
• May require travel to other locations, transportation provided.
