JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

·         The Department of Housing Preservation and Development has a need for an experienced Senior Microsoft.Net Full Stack Developer for the Real-Time Field Force project to build the following components: 

·         Login and Inspection assignment (Zone based)

·         Line of Travel Inspection (Detours)

·         Heat Complaint Inspection

·         Vacate Order

·         Lead Referrals

·         Dispatch Center

·         Admin Module

 

The candidate will execute following tasks:

·         Develop applications using ASP.Net, C#, AngularJS, jQuery, MS SQL Server 2012 or above, Entity Framework 6 or above.

·         Design and Develop Restful Services using WebAPI and Micro services

·         Develop applications in Microsoft Azure Environment

·         Develop Applications & Services using Google Maps, Address APIs

·         Develop Applications & Services using Box.com APIs

·         Work Closely with UI/UX Developers and develop web pages from the mockups provided.

·         Unit Test Applications

·         Work Closely with Quality Assurance team and fix any defects

·         Participate in project development using Agile methodology 

 

MANDATORY SKILLS:

·         Minimum of 8 years’ experience in .Net C# programming,ASP.Net, ADO.Net, JavaScript

·         Minimum of 4 years developing REST/WCF Services

·         Minimum of 1 years’ experience in HTML5 programming.

·         Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Angular JS.

·         Minimum of 2 years’ experience in JQuery, JSON,XML

·         Minimum of 4 years working with the Oracle or SQL Server database environment.

·         Minimum of 4 years professional experience in Business Analysis and Design.

·         Demonstrate understanding of software development life-cycle like Agile and Waterfall

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

·         Strong collaboration, relationship management, Verbal and written communication skills.

·         Good judgment, logical thinker and detail oriented.

·         Ability to adapt and understand business

·         Ability to drive projects to completion
