We have an Immediate opening for UX Designer
Location : REMOTE
Experience Required : 6+
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gain a deep understanding of our current Metro for Magenta UI/UX mock-ups, including Mobile Expert and Customer needs.
- Partner with UX User Experience Researcher through the design process.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback collected from user research.
- Work with Product and Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation.
- Lead design sprints and manage backlog of UI/UX mock-ups that can be delivered to developers.
- Guide product design decisions and outcomes to implement Metro for Magenta retail leading experiences Present mock-ups to stakeholders and business to receive feedback on UX following business requirements and implementing changes as needed.
Required
Research Design thinking ○ Creating Personas ○ Latest trends in UI/UX Design
Design Proficiency with design tools such as: Figma, UX Pin ○ Providing information of the component’s library to development team from design tools. ○ Understanding of Swift UI ○ Wireframing ○ Understanding of basic design principles ○ Knowledge of branding and brand design
Soft Skills Communicative skills with teammates ○ Attention to detail ○ Giving and receiving Feedback ○ Writing - For both UX writing and user stories
