Position summary:

Must Haves:

 

1. .NET, Web development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript). AWS Lambda and AWS Database services

2. AWS, ReactJS, .Net Framework, C#, Javascript, SQL, One DB

3. Python

 

Job Summary:

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in an Information Systems related field.

• 5+ years’ experience as a software developer.

• Working knowledge of database design and ELT process

• Working knowledge of .NET, C#, Python, and PowerShell for custom development.

• Expertise in Web development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.

• Ability to work within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

• Ability to be highly self-motivated and self-directed.

• Agile / SCRUM experience.

• Experience in using both centralized and decentralized version control systems such as, Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GitHub.

• Experience with the AWS Cloud stack (Lambda, EC2, etc.), or similar technologies.

• Experience with AWS Database Services (Redshift, Aurora, etc.)

• Experience with deployment automation using DevOps.

 

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

• Guide team development efforts towards successful delivery.

• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practice habits.

• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based business applications.

• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.

• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.

• Package and support deployment of releases.
