Automation Testing Engineer

Pittsburgh, PA (Onsite)

6+ Months

 

USC/GC/EAD Only

Automation Testing Engineer shall Design, implement and maintain automated test solutions (both functional and non-functional).

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Test Scripting

• Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts for application products.
• Designs, implements, and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met.

2. Testing & Support

• Writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing
  
• Serves as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex applications.
  
• Facilitates continuous build, integration, deployment and testing of code
  
• Support QA automation staff through training, mentoring and support for problem solving
  
• Apply best practices in day to day testing using comprehensive test data

Key skills :

• Experience in development of Test Automation scripts using Python
  
• Experience in Rail Domain would be an added advantage
  
• Experience in Robot Framework
  
• Experience in Agile (SCRUM) development methodologies.
