Role: Certified Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months+

Rate: $50/hr

 

Job Description: As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex public sector business needs and technical solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the elicitation, documentation, analysis, and validation of business processes and requirements within Salesforce projects, with a focus on public sector needs.
• Design innovative Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio tools, ensuring they align with public sector standards and improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders, IT teams, and Salesforce developers, translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate Salesforce project goals, progress, and outcomes.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess solution options, and recommend approaches that optimize processes and meet business objectives.
• Drive the adoption of Salesforce solutions, including OmniStudio configurations, through training sessions, user guides, and support materials.
• Stay abreast of new Salesforce features, OmniStudio updates, and public sector technology trends to continually enhance our solutions and practices.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4 years focused on Salesforce business analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in Public Sector Services, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and business process improvement techniques.

 

Certification:

Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant certification is required
