Title: Operational Excellence Senior Analyst

Type: Contract through end of 2022.

Client: Co-Op Financial Services  

 

• Looking for implementation experience and skills in process improvement
• Client facing experience is helpful
• Does not need financial services experience specifically, but prefer non-manufacturing.
• Prefer a lean six sigma black belt (would consider green belt with years of relevant experience for senior level)
• This role will be a part of an exciting to join project with our CX team. This is a high visibility project that will be providing our clients something they have wanted for a while. All we can share at this time on the project, but it’s a big deal to be a part of!

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Experience with practical application of Lean Six Sigma tools outside of manufacturing.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to research and digest information quickly.
• Advanced data gathering, analysis, and synthesis and representation skills.
• Ability to be process and client focused.
• Ability to successfully navigate cross functional teams.
• Self-starter that works without a high level of direction.
• Strong project management skills.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8-10 years of business performance management or related work experience, or equivalent training and/or experience.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification required.
• 5-8 years metrics development
• 5-8 years project management
