Must-Have:-  

Strong background in Linux

Strong background in Jenkins, Configuration management

Strong skills in scripting language like Ansible, Chef

Exposure to Cloud platform  , Docker and containerization

Knowledge in best practices in DevOps ( CI , CD etc..)
