SKILLs Required

• Experience in Scrum Master in last one or two years
• Extensive knowledge in Agile Scrum Methodologies
• Experience of running all the ceremonies of Scrum – Sprint Planning, Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospection, Refinement/Grooming
• Strong understanding on sizing using story pointing, velocity and burn-down chart
• Understanding of Scrum Board, Sprint Backlog
