Title: Operational Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate: $50/hr on C2C
- Looking for implementation experience and skills in process improvement
- Client facing experience is helpful
- Does not need financial services experience specifically, but prefer non-manufacturing.
- Prefer a lean six sigma black belt (would consider green belt with years of relevant experience)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Experience with practical application of Lean Six Sigma tools.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to research and digest information quickly.
- Advanced data gathering, analysis, and synthesis and representation skills.
- Ability to be process and client focused.
- Ability to successfully navigate cross functional teams.
- Self-starter that works without a high level of direction.
- Strong project management skills.
- 2-3 years of experience is good.
