Position summary:

Identity & Access Management (IAM) BA Requirement – CyberArk Privilege Access Management (PAM) Expertise

Scope of work:
• High level deliverables for implementing the Privilege Access Management (PAM) project using the Agile methodology:
• Analysis and Design: Document Busines Requirements and Assist with documenting Technical Requirements for implementing all releases of the project
• Develop, Document & Execute Test Plan and Test Scripts
• Assist the Project/CyberArk development team in documenting and reporting on the test bugs and Action Items.
• Document and Publish test results, bug tracking and creating and maintaining testing dashboards
• Assist the product owner to Prepare Stakeholder update decks and coordinate stakeholder update sessions and document minutes of the meeting.
• Coordinate stakeholder signoff for project deliverables.
• Assist the Product Owner & project Technical development team with documenting How-To guides, FAQ pages (SharePoint & Confluence), Runbooks & Training Guides.
• Scheduling and coordinating Knowledge Transfer sessions between Development & Testing teams for handover to support.
• Participate in Scrum Ceremonies: Daily Standup, Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Demo and update all required Agile
Candidate profile
• Onshore (Continental United States)
• Good communication skills - written and verbal
• Good understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privilege Access Management (PAM) concepts, prior experience with implementing a CyberArk or a similar PAM tool will be a big plus.
• Independent worker , Positive, flexible and result oriented
• Experience in documenting project requirements
