• Experience developing, managing, and distributing QA Automation frameworks.
• Accelerate QA automation, Shift left across squads.
• Driving common tooling, processes, and QA strategy across squads
• Good understanding of DevOPS, CI/CD using inhouse tools such as Jenkins and Cloud (GitHUB)
• Experience running nonfunctional test such as performance/stress tests using JMeter and LR.
• Manage, track and minimize QA impact to DevOPS metrics such as Delivery Lead Time and Deployment frequency.

 

 

 

Common skill set across all roles:

• Requirement analysis, create and manage test cases.
• Experience working in Agile teams, understanding veracious Agile ceremonies and QA role
• Good communication
• Working knowledge Git, Jenkins, JIRA etc.
• Manage/maintain QA artifacts
