Role: QA Automation
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Needs to be familiar with a highly automated CI/CD and Dev Build Pipeline. Needs to collaborate with developers and have and understanding of Development build processes
Responsible to work with Cirrus Quality lead to define a framework for testing with integration of tools within the CI/CD pipeline. For example when Dev submits Pull Request it runs scripts in the build pipeline (that the dev creates) then integrates with JIRA with Xray or Xporter to document tests were executed, outcome and merges code.
Experiences Include:
Insurance experience is Required
Development of the automation of QA processes to remove manual execution of test scripts.
Responsible for consuming automated tests developed by the Developer role and executing the script.
Responsible for signing off on the design of automated tests created by the developers to ensure proper code coverage.
Execution of repeatable automated test plans in frameworks such Selenium and Saucelabs for UI testing
Good Experience with UAT Testing
Familiarity of code coverage for Node and Python applications
Collaborate with Lilly Dev Leads, Developers and Analysts on the functionality of developed components to understand the expected results.
Execute test scripts to aid in the testing quality assurance process.
Experience and competency in User Interface, Integration, Functional, Regression, Smoke and System testing
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and software testing life cycle practices in an agile environment.
Dynamic troubleshooting and high analytical skills
Ability to execute unit and integration test scripts
Document testing results associated with user stories
Assist with the composition of the validation documentation necessary to fulfill the Quality and Validation process
