Location -- Raleigh, NC ( Day 1 Hybrid Onsite) 

Long Term Contract 

Job Description:

Experience	Must Have	- 2+ years of experience in IT application support/monitoring - Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - experience with ITIL processes
	Good To Have	- ITIL certification - Knowledge of banking and finance domain
Technical Knowledge	Must Have	- Good understanding of ITIL processes- Incident, Problem, Change and Release management. - Basic understanding of DB event monitoring setup with visualization using Grafana. - Good working knowledge of Moogsoft, AIOps and Grafana - Strong understanding of basic Unix and SQL/PL-SQL commands. - Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow - Knowledge of scheduling tools like Informatica          IDMC, Control-M
	Good To Have	- Exposure to Big Data/ETL/Cloud technologies
