• EXPERTISE IN CISCO UNIFIED COMMUNICATION, CISCO TELEPRESENCE, AND MICROSOFT UNIFIED COMMUNICATION PRODUCTS

 

Job description

• Solid general Project Management experience and coordination methodology MP certification preferred Perennial experience in managing projects in Skype for business, Cisco Telepresence, Cisco CMS. SIP trunking and IP-telephony (design and engineering).
• Expertise in Cisco Unified Communication, Cisco Telepresence, and Microsoft Unified Communication products Experience in customer/client facing roles is advantageous Experience with technical documentation specification, review, and updates
• ITIL certification will be advantageous
