This role is business side managing vendors and financial risk associated with working with outside vendors. Team uses a tool called Archer GRC

 

Position    : Security Consultant w/ Archer GRC Exp.

Duration  : 12+ months

Location  : Chicago, IL

Interview : Phone / Skype

 

Experience with SRM activities required, with Financial Services background a plus. Experience with Archer GRC system strongly desired, but not required.  Excellent Excel skills expected

 

Major Responsibilities:

Supports client in the implementation of, and ongoing compliance with, the client Supplier Risk Management (SRM) Program, which aims to identify, mitigate, monitor, and control Supplier-related risks. 

•            Assist Client managers and other teams in collecting information for assessment activities, to meet the SRM Program requirements for new and existing Suppliers

•            Upload and/or input SRM data and documents Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system

•            Validate existing data in Archer, and correct as appropriate

•            Assist with other SRM Program tasks, as assigned

 

Job Requirement

•            4-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in Supplier Risk Management

•            Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), required to interact with managers across the Enterprise and with Suppliers

•            Strong Excel skills

•            Resourceful and motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a quickly changing environment

•            Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks

•            Preferred Skills:

•            Archer (strongly preferred) or similar GRC system experience

 

Required Education:

•            Undergraduate degree
