Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Interacts with product owners, product managers, and developers to implement DevOps and CI/CD technology solutions and processes.
- Designs and builds high availability, scalable, secure, and cost optimized architecture in AWS
- Recommends the techniques/technologies that should be applied at the lowest application level. Performs fit analysis for matching the right tool and pattern to the purpose.
- Helps identify and design reusable DevOps and CI/CD approaches to apply across the enterprise and business partner relationships.
- Create and maintain Alerts and Monitoring in Cloudwatch
- Increase the maturity of the Monitoring and Alerting strategy
- Assists the team with the presentation of DevOps and CI/CD processes to all levels
- Version control using Git to manage multiple Dev, QA, Production releases
- Hands on configuration of management and automation tools.
· Accountable for maintaining the integrity of all system environments by ensuring strict release and change processes are followed by development and support teams throughout the release cycle.
· To define the scope of the Change Management processes, function, configuration items to be controlled, and the information that is to be recorded.
- Ensure appropriate testing and regression plans are in place for all RFC’s.
- Provide Technical Expertise for software and hardware of end-user computing
- Provide technically advanced and in-depth troubleshooting to readily identify complex or ambiguous problems and/or technical issues
- Provide highly complex functional support of applications
