Job Description/ Responsibilities
• Looking for a Senior Back-end Node.js Developer who is passionate about design, architecture and programming.
• Responsibilities include implementing business logic and developing APIs and services.
• Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and components like EC2, Lambda, Step function etc.
• Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git, SVN or Mercurial
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, or Java EE
• REST API / Microservice development experience
