Job Description:
· Maintain item attributes in ERP system based on business requirements and system data maintenance standard
· Maintain OSP (Outside Processing) item creation and maintenance for all CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) part numbers in ERP
· Accountable for CMO formula creation, maintenance of change, and audit in Gilead Product Lifecycle Management System and ERP
· Maintain Recipe, Resource, Route for CMO items in ERP system
· Accountable for planning BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, maintenance of change, and audit in Planning System (Kinaxis Rapid Response)
· Manage planning source strategy, planning parameters, and other master data elements in the planning system
· Responsible for planning master data readiness in each planning cycle for trusted drug products.
· Act as supply chain data owner for cross-functional or external contacts.
· Establish key performance indicators and data quality metrics to identify and resolve improvement opportunities
· May assist in developing system and improvement data configuration activities/projects supporting Gilead's existing and future business plans.
The primary deliverables will be aligned to the key GSC-EM deliverables as follows:
· Setup Master Data across multiple systems. Build metrics for all key master data elements to align with data governance (monthly reporting of key metrics) in alignment with Gilead supply chain operations
· Develop an ongoing monitoring of supply plan standards to be aligned with the governance strategy for product supply planning and monthly MPS Build and develop reports and data visualization based on Global supply chain business requirement
· Support in data analysis and align data with the business rules for governance of data; identify sources of data and mapping issues in data
· Conduct reviews of master data analysis and documents with business users and update based on feedback. Review and update design documents for master data enhancement of the integration. Also assist in the final reviews and approval of the documents.
