SCOPE OF SERVICES:
· DDC seeks skilled Web application programmer/developer. Under the guidance of a Lead Project Manager and System Architect, selected candidate will be responsible for designing, coding and improving agency web pages, programs/applications utilizing current, best in class, techniques, and/or approaches. The web developer (Full Stack) will work closely with design, data and technology teams’ members to enhance and expand our current portfolio of applications and create new systems and services. S/he should have strong development skills and the ability to transform complex requirements to applications that are human-centered and easy to navigate.
· Highly skilled short-term project.
· Apps Description
· CP Tracker Enhancements including agency wide rollout (version 2.0)
· FDW Data intelligence and commitment plan (inline editing) enhancements (version 2.0)
· Benchmark Cost estimates, issue tracking, action items, bid package tracking (version 2.0)
· ProKure Implementation of other Procurement Types (version 2.0))
Mandatory Skill:
· Seeking resources with extensive experience in the full Microsoft Web Development stack leveraging MVC C# and REACT; ASP.Net; Java Scripting; CSS; and JQuery/JSON
· Ability to Develop Use Cases
· Demonstrated ability to write SQL queries and use of Microsoft SQL Server database tables and connectivity
· Experience working with warehousing methodologies/designs and processes
· Experience with other BI tools such as SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, and Telerik
· Critical thinking a must
· Problem solving skills with the ability to look for root causes and implementable, workable solutions
