Job Description:

Help customers realize their financial needs by delivering the world's most innovative e-banking and e-commerce services, capabilities, and alliances. This position is part of an overall Business Analyst team working on areas as diverse as Sign-on, Authentication, Fraud Prevention, Account Balances & transaction history, and Personal Financial Management. The overall team environment is collaborative and supportive towards providing the best analysis service with consistently high-quality requirements documentation.  In this role, you will:

·  Act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems solved through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet).

·  Be responsible for producing business requirement artifacts – including Use Cases, Business and Message Rules, Supplemental (Non-Functional) Specifications, and User Interface Design Specifications – for large and complex projects.

·  Be engaged throughout the whole project life-cycle, from Inception through post-Install Transition.

·  Work directly with all levels through to senior management across the organization and be considered the highest-level functioning expert.

·  Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.

 

Basic Qualifications

·  8-10+ years’ experience in internet/ intranet-based business systems or e-business consulting.

 

Minimum Requirements

In addition to the Basic Qualifications, the successful candidate should have:

·  10+ years of business analysis experience, ideally with experience on high volume transactional web applications

·  Solid knowledge of financial services and Online Banking

·  Proven ability eliciting and gathering requirements, preferably in Use Case format, including problem definition, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis on complex, high-visibility projects spanning multiple stakeholder communities

·  Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well-organized, logical, and detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving

·  Solid understanding/knowledge and practical experience using Rational Unified Process (RUP) and Agile

·  Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to collaborate effectively with your project team and potentially across a team of Business Analysts focusing on different functional areas for the same project effort

·  Expertise in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Visio and ideally prior experience with Enterprise Architect and Requisite Pro

·  Excellent communication skills, including ability to present effectively to both business and technical audiences at all levels of the organization

·  Excellent inter-personal and partnering skills to facilitate effective working relationships

·  Commitment to being part of a team, open to having all work peer-reviewed by the analyst community and working within a diverse environment

·  Ability to be highly organized and effective within a fast-paced environment

·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
