Required Skill set:

• Strong Experience in Hadoop - HDFS, MapReduce, Yarn, Pig, ZooKeeper.

• Strong Experience in Hadoop SQL tools - Hive and Presto

• Strong Experience in Hadoop Administration - AWS EMR is preferred

• Strong Scripting Knowledge - Shell, Perl

• Strong Experience in Linux OS

• Experience on AWS services - Instances, Security Groups,  Bootstrap actions, S3 Buckets, VPC/Subnets

• Strong Experience with Hadoop security and Governance - LDAP Integrations, Kerberos.

• Strong Performance tuning experience on Hive, Presto and Mapreduce/Yarn.

• Strong Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting of services.

• Experience in providing on call Support.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge on deployment of Machine Learning Packages - R and Python
• Knowledge on Jupyter Notebooks.
• Knowledge on Opensource Configuration management tools - Puppet, Bit bucket, Jenkins
• Knowledge on Control M scheduling tool
• Knowledge on AWS Bigdata Stack - Athena, SageMaker.
