1. Experience leading implementation of Oracle Cloud Absence Management
2. Experience leading implementation of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor
3. Experience with client facing roles leading Solutioning & Design phase
4. Experience with end-user training of the above modules
5. Experience working in an onsite / offshore model leading and guiding offshore team
