Required/Desired Skills:

Experience creating technical designs validating them, and following them through rigorous hard work.

Good unit testing and integration test strategies.

Good written and oral communication and decent experience to appreciate importance of good project management.

Good programming skills with experience leading small to medium projects.

Knowledge and experience working with Teradata based systems

Good teamwork and operational skills.

Familiarity with Hadoop and enthusiam to learn new technologies
