Job description:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to engage with groups and get them engaged in different learning opportunities.
• Pragmatic approach to enacting change in individuals and groups
• Ability to self-direct and meet deadlines.
• Coaching Experience
• Large and small group facilitation experience
• Previous ScrumMaster, Agile Coach, experience
• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other scaling strategies
• Experience working with an LMS and designing remote learning opportunities.
• The ability to engage with a group or individual and facilitate learning without directing them to a specific solution
