We have urgent requirements  with our implementation TCS for the below requirement.

AWS Cloud Infrastructure Architect 

 New York On-site from day 1

Rate $90/hr C2C 

Exp-  12-15 yrs

Visa: GC USC EAD H1B with PP number. 

Mandatory Skills: 

•        Grid computing – AWS parallel cluster
•        AWS EKS – Kubernetes Clusters
•         Cloud native storage solutions ( S3, Lustre etc)
•         Multi-cloud/Hybrid storage
•         HPC based job schedulers
•        AWS SysAdmin services (VPC/Subnets, EC2, EBS, DataSYNC etc)
•      Knowledge in Google Cloud Platform a plus

·        12-15 yrs of software implementation experience
·        Software Implementation of Life Sciences *omics analytics pipelines
·        Benchmarking and understanding compute resource requirement for life-science applications using HPC cluster
·        Understanding resource requirement for a range of life science applications for optimizing cluster design
·        Knowledge on end-to-end compute system observability concepts
