Job Description:
· Experience in implementing large life and Annuity transformation projects end-to-end.
· E2 Level knowledge in Life/Annuity Document requirements and Life/ Annuity Document trigger points
· Experience in Document Data element mapping between source and target
· Experience in Print and mailroom operations and business process.
· Experience in leading a large team, client interaction and offshore coordination
· Experience in working in Agile environment, daily scrums and sprint planning
· Experience in writing epics and user stories
· Identify requirement gaps and work with clients to resolve the gaps
· Resolve offshore queries/Obstacles by interacting with right client stakeholders
· Experience in other insurance (P&C) Documents
