Role: Database Administrator (HR/PAYROLL)

Duration: 2 + (Months)

Job Description:         

• Solid experience and knowledge of CAPPS- HR/PAYROLL module
• Assist with providing guidance and support through go live and post go live (Go live 7/10/17) This could include but not limited to:
• Project Management
• Attend CAPPS meeting and implement needs
• Communicate with RRC employees needs and training
• Create documents for communication or implementation
• Conduct meeting with RRC staff
• Attend conference calls
• Handled help desk calls and track issues
• Send in issues with system to CAPPS
• Experience with Budget Load Spreadsheet (BLS) to assist post go live
• Estimate having contractor full time through go live and adjusted hours post go live. This could change with project needs or completion
