Requirements:
•   8-10 years of IT experience with at least 2-4 years of working with messaging or big data
•   Devise and recommend solutions based on understood requirements
•   Work with complex data sets to validate systems
•   Develop data comparisons to ensure new systems consistent with old
•   Put together programming and data mapping requirements for programming teams
