The work model is hybrid, and the shift is day. No travel is required.

8.Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, leveraging expertise in AWS Cloud, Pyspark, and PL/SQL.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

Qualifications

- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Have 8 to 12 years of experience in program management, with a strong technical background.

- Demonstrate expertise in AWS Cloud, Pyspark, and PL/SQL.

- Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

- Display a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a hybrid work model.
