• 8+yrs experience

• Develop a deep understanding of the business functions and processes
• Perform analysis of business technical and functional specifications
• Prioritizing requirements based on business needs
• Creates process models diagrams and charts to provide guidance to the scrum team
• Understand and document the financial and operational impact of changes
• 5 years of experience as a business or systems analyst
• years of experience in Agile
• Excellent Communication skills and Documentation skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgement and take action on it
• Ability to work in a fast paced demanding and rapidly changing environment
