Job Title : Java Drools Developer
Location : St. Paul, MN
Duration : 12 Months Contract

Mandatory Qualifications   
Experience in Business Rules Development with the Drools tool  - 5 years
Mixed combined experience using Analysis and Object Oriented Design  -  7 years
Experience with Java development - 6 years
Experience with IBM Websphere Application Server  - 5 years
Drools experience, specifically with Decision tables 4 Years
Experience with Oracle database   - 5 years
Experience in Medicaid Provider Enrollment application  - 4 years
Experience creating Business Object Models for Rules  - 4 Years
Experience automated testing  - 4 Years 
Experience dealing with Medicaid Provider Enrollment and Eligibility determination - 4 years

Desired Skills
Experience with workbench
Experience using and leveraging Rete algorithms
Experience working with Maven  
Experience working with Eclipse
