Job Description:

 

• Need to work on Enhancements and bugfix tickets in Life Health applications 
• The responsibilities are working with BA for Requirements  preparing estimates  
• Should be hands on to do coding and testing 
• Need to run test cycles for the releases and validating the results and getting the sign off from BAs for SIT Providing UAT support
• Prioritizing the work and allocating to Offshore 
• Reviewing Offshore deliverables before delivering to clients
• Providing the release support and preparing the paper work for implementations and getting  required approvals from Client Managers 
• Need to work with Tier 2 team for any Major incidents by participating in MI Calls and providing the resolution
