Job Description

·         5+ years of experience as BA in ServiceNow projects

·         Sound functional knowledge of ServiceNow application modules – IM, PM, SR, CM, CMDB, Discovery, HRSM, Integrations, Service Portal

·         Requirement gathering from business team

·         Documentation skills  - Requirement gathering doc & Release notes

·         Ability to interact with ServiceNow technical team to handover the business/process requirements effectively

·         End to end testing of enhancements/functional testing

·         Good communication skills

·         Understanding of ServiceNow limitations

·         Active learner
