Job Description:

Scrum Masters ( 1 of which with SAP knowledge).

Remote

6+ Months

 

USC/GC/EAD Only

 

Required Skills:

 

• 8+ years of Experience and minimum 2 years as Scrum Master/ Agile practitioner.
• Experience as Scrum Master is mandatory.
• Expected to Lead and manage team.
• Execute all Agile ceremonies and including the release train activities with RTEs
• Experience in JIRA and Confluence Tools
• Update daily scrum and weekly calls with customer.
• Prepare Sprint related reports.
• Ensure and drive all blockers removed, projects executed smoothly.
• Collaborating with Customers (for multiple projects).
• Need to follow up on the deliverables and provide overall status to customer on daily basis.
• Highlight Risks and maintain RAID logs
• Should be capable of working independently and contributing in stand up meetings with customer teams.
• Support mandatory and Quality compliances, audits.
• Being scrum master, expected to lead a multi-disciplinary product team in an Agile way to help deliver client needs and engage with key stakeholders throughout the process.
• Should have experience with project planning and excellent stakeholder management skills in order to be successful in this role
• Complete understanding on QA process, Software development lifecycle and Testing lifecycle.
• Expected to have exceptional interpersonal and customer interaction skills.
• Experienced in working with globally distributed teams.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills, creativity and flexibility
• SAFe/ Balanced Team experience.
• Agile Certifications will be Add-On
