We have urgent requirements with our implementation for the below requirement.

Oracle HCM Consultant/Developer

Remote

GC USC H1b with PP number

$70/hr C2C

Qualifications & Skills
 7+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle ERP applications. Hands on work experience in understanding primarily
Oracle core Fusion HR, Talent Management modules.
 Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (integrations) is plus.
 Knowledge in Standard Oracle Fusion HR Data Structures.
 Expertise in Developing HCM Extracts, Oracle Fusion HDL to create and Manipulate Fusion HCM Data.
 Experience in Developing OBIEE and BI Publisher Data model and Reports.
 HCM BPM workflow.
 Experience with HCM REST API / ATOM Feed services.
 Experience with Web Services (REST API, JAVA, Web Services SOA)
 Experience in PL/SQL programs.

 Perfect understanding concepts of relational databases and database objects
 Very good understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and the translation of business requirements into them
 Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking, release and change management.
 Experience with global implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.
 Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to
establish relationships of trust and collaboration
 Fluent in English (B2)

 Ability to build strong relationships across various functions of GTS to be able to preemptively identify and communicate risks
 Strong attention to detail
