The successful candidate must be capable of effectively communicating
with Business (HR), IT
and PMO of the organization. This position is initially for a period of 3
months with high
probability of getting extended till end of the year. This role can work
remotely, but should be
open to be onsite when required.
With minimal supervision, the Workday Integration Developer will perform the
following:
? Work closely with the business to analyze the integration needs, research
potential
various options and recommend solutions.
? Work with external 3 rd party Benefits vendors and service providers to determine
technical requirements for the integrations, scope, design and build
integrations.
? Work with 3 rd party Benefits vendors to establish secured gateways and
coordinate testing
of the integrations.
? Identifies opportunities for improving integrations through technology and/or
non-system
changes.
? Lead the Workday HR Systems Integration Testing process and development of
UAT and
End-to-End Test plans prior to deploying the integrations in production.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field or an
equivalent
combination of education and work experience
? 4-5 years’ experience in building integrations using Workday Studio and other
Workday
technologies in the Workday Benefits domain.
? Good to have prior experience developing BIRT reports.
? Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and
external
vendors
? Expert in planning and organizing, analyzing and resolving problems
? Ability to use judgment and make sound decisions
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills
