Description:
Resource will lead the implementation efforts for
OTM/GTM. Resource will drive requirements gathering, process design, gap
identification/resolution, configuration, testing, issue resolution, train the
trainer, and production/cutover activities. Key scope items listed
below:
Transportation
• Maintaining transport data such as Service Provider rates &
routes, pick-up and delivery locations
• Taking orders for transportation
• Planning orders into shipments
• Booking Service Providers
• Producing and retaining shipping documents
• Tracking shipments and managing shipment events
• Approving and allocating shipment charges
Trade Compliance
• Maintaining trade master data such as Item, Dimensions,
HTS, ECCN, License Requirements
• Classifying orders for screening
• Screening export and import Trade Transactions
• Managing license compliance
• Preparing and retaining trade filing documents
Deliverables:
Requirements, process flows, configuration, test scripts, training templates, issue tracking/resolution, conversion/technical specifications (interface)
Acceptance:
Approval by client on all documents.
