SCOPE OF SERVICES:

• Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
• Architect, install, maintain, and document all server and cloud platform requirements in an enterprise scale Windows Active Directory platform. These duties include but are not limited to: system administration, server maintenance, monthly patching, daily monitoring, error tracking, issue remediation and change control, as directed by the Department.
• Perform proactive daily monitoring for high availability, system data protection, central authentication, user account management, disk storage management, hardware and OS maintenance, and application maintenance for all platforms serviced by Server and Cloud Support Team, as directed by the Department.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by customers, system administrators and support teams. To be completed daily as directed by the Department.
• Provide technical expertise to users, management, vendors and peers for issues involving other Department business offices and vendors. To be completed daily as directed by the Department.
• Provide documented resolutions to Service Desk and Change Management tickets, daily, as directed by the Department.

THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY:

• 10 years of experience as an enterprise administrator in an Open Systems domain infrastructure, including all directory management and server roles
• 5 years of experience with scripting tools including but not limited to bash, ksh, PowerShell, and python. Provisioning and automation with Kickstart, Jumpstart, and Ansible
• 3 years of management and maintenance experience with Azure and AWS cloud technologies
• 10 years of experience using Open systems and Microsoft tools supporting web stack technology platform on-premises and in the cloud
• 10 years of support enterprise-level data integration services on Open Systems platforms.
