Required Skills for the Pega Developer:

2+ years of hands on Pega development experience
Strong experience working with on the Pega CRM Framework
Strong knowledge of PRPC 5.x – 7.1
Understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence
Experience in client server and web service application development
In depth PRPC implementation and design topics including class design, rules, security, adapters, flows, etc.
Some exposure to Java and PL/SQL preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
