Position summary:

Candidate must have good communication skills. Needs to work with the client team. Must have good team handling skills. Looking for pure development experience in COBOL area- no lead or managerial activities required for this position.

Job summary:
Design, build, test, and deliver mainframe changes and enhancements for the company's end users and customers, based on requirements gathered from business analysts and end users.
This includes code changes and compilation, application builds, and unit testing.
Communicates to business and technical partners on incidents as they occur when they impact system performance or availability.
Consult with business & IT partners on the evaluation of software especially as it relates to support considerations
Handling maintenance/development/support work on Mainframe.

Experience 8-10 years

Required Skills: VSAM, COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, IBM utilities, VSAM, Fileaid, Endeavor, COBOL, Mainframe Utilities

Top Three Skills:
1. Mainframe architecture
2. Cobol, DB2, JCL, CICS
3. incident management
