Position : JAVA Developer

Location – St Louis, MO

Start Date - ASAP

Job Description:

Strong experience in core application development and troubleshooting and understanding of Web Services and frameworks such as Struts, Spring, and Hibernate
Experience with SQL using Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server, and application services like WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBOSS
Experience working in an Agile Development – Scrum
Experience with UML Modeling (Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Collaboration Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Deployment Diagram, etc.)
Understand J2EE specifications (OOAD, Core Java, Servlets, JSP, JMS, JDBC, Web Services, XML, JavaScript), object-oriented analysis, with strong knowledge of design patterns
Provide high quality technical solutions that align with project requirements
Code and successfully perform unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution as well as compliance to the business, security, and technical requirements
Work with other software engineers to design interfaces between software applications in order to complete design requirements
Use system traces and debugging tools for problem determination and system tuning
Participate in the migration of applications to quality assurance and/or the production environment
Perform necessary production support tasks involving on-call responsibilities that would involve both during and after work hours
