JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Analyze, coordinate and implementation of projects, providing timely and accurate delivery of API Onboarding requests.

Define API Onboarding setups in accordance with best practice and core guiding principles.

Partner with internal technical project managers, business analysts, customer interface groups, regional representatives and developers on various projects, problems, etc.

Provide subject matter expertise on core applications and/or application databases.

Provide technical problem resolution and application support.

Identify and implement process improvements relevant to job function.
