Job Description 

Experience

Must Have

-5+ years of experience in IT application support/monitoring

-Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-experience with ITIL processes

Good To Have

-ITIL certification
-Knowledge of banking and finance domain

Technical Knowledge

Must Have

 -Good understanding of ITIL processes- Incident, Problem, Change and Release management.
-Strong knowledge in DB event monitoring setup with visualization using Grafana.
-Good working knowledge of Moogsoft, AIOps and Grafana
-Strong understanding of basic and advanced Unix and SQL/PL-SQL commands.
-Working knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Knowledge of scheduling tools like Informatica IDMC, Control-M

Good To Have

 - Exposure to Big Data/ETL/Cloud technologies
