Location : Alpharetta, GA
Duration of contract: 1 Year
Implementation partner : TCS / Siemens
Rate : (Good rate for right resource)
Qualifications:-
Associate should have 6+ years of experience in SAP SD.
Should have worked in at least 2 support engagements.
Should be well versed with Support project process flow mechanism and ITSM tools handling
SAP Customer Service(CS) consultant :
Customer Service, Plant Maintenance configuration for the SAP ECC6.0 system.
MTO+E scenarios for Customer Service module integration with Sales.
Repair / Refurbishment process for Spares and Finished goods, so strong understanding of repair process within CS, MM/WM, and PP.
Extensive knowledge of replacement processing including scrap and refurbishment processing
Equipment master setup, tracking and integration with warranty tracking and coordination with SD and FI modules for reporting of warranty recognition
Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs process
Knowledge of service labor posting and integration with time keeping system
Knowledge of material issues and postings
Familiar with E-Switch Mobile solution for Field Service.
Working knowledge on CS interfaces like Mcompanion and Eswitch field service applications.
Integration with HR module on areas like time sheet, time bookings etc.
Set up of Installed Base, Equipment records and Functional Locations.
Inter company Order Processing with Work Orders and Purchase Requisition from the Customer side to the Service Order, Service Notification and Billing on the Service Provider side.
Creation of unit testing, configurations document and UAT documentation.
