Role : Sr. DevOps Engineer

Location : Mclean, VA

Duration: 12+ Months

Client : Hexaware(employer need to sign MSA with Hexaware)

 
Must Have: Overall 8 Years of Exp and 3+ Years of exp in DevOps area

Good Exp in Jenkins Pipeline, Hands on Jenkins administration and trouble shooting

             Complete understanding in CI/CD process with Jenkins

             Strong working knowledge on Docker or Openshift

             Good exp in Ansible, CHEF, ANT/Maven, BitBucket, TeamForge & GIT

             Working knowledge on SonarQube, Fortify

             Good Exp in Python & Shell scripting

             Application troubleshooting & debugging the build issues.

             Good exposure in Junit , Splunk etc.

             Good Exposure in Weblogic or Apache or Jboss area

             Passion for automation of support tasks and improvement of existing processes/procedures

             Experience modifying complex Unix shell scripts for automation and monitoring of middleware applications.

             Groovy, JSON knowledge, WLST and Working Knowledge on AWS

             Work with various stakeholder teams for Tool evaluation & guidance

             Perform Proof of concept based on the tools opted by Dev Team in concurrence with Tools team

             Adhere the deliverables to align with Architecture Team & Guidelines

             Analyze the current application environment & tool set and identify ways for adopting to Dev Ops journey

             Should have clear communication skills along with ability to produce necessary artifacts

             Should have ability to present and explain the solution/problems to various team
