Role: QA Tester

Location: St.Louis, MO (Local Candidates only)

Duration: 6 to 9 months

Responsibilities:

·         Work alongside business and development partners to deliver solutions for internal and external customer facing applications using Disciplined Agile Development (DAD) framework

·         Actively participate in all SDLC phases to ensure quality is built in to products and services within each phase

·         Provide input to continual improvement and team building

·         Provide metrics and status reporting as required

·         Lead defect review efforts

·         Prioritize testing tasks and test cases

·         Identify, create and execute test cases for a variety of applications

·         Perform black box testing of web internet and intranet applications against multiple browsers and platforms including mobile applications

·         Perform black box testing of POS, café applications as well as applications used by personnel at support center including marketing, accounting and HR departments

·         Perform white box testing as needed including the testing of web services and data paths

·         Identify, document and retest defects

·         Assist business partners in identifying requirements

·         Participate in automation, load and performance testing projects

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders to execute exploratory testing

·         Participate in work planning and tracking

·         Identify risk and mitigation

·         Perform ad hoc peer reviews of test cases

Qualifications:

·         Solid understanding of web systems testing

·         Ability to work on concurrent projects

·         Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals

·         Experience in a variety of testing types including system and integration, usability, boundary, security, data validation and regression

·         Ability to determine functional requirements and non-functional requirements and associated test cases
